Internet Plan Not Updated?

Hello, 2 days ago, I updated my Internet plan from 30 Mbps to 120 Mbps, yet the change is still not showing up when I got to my plan. Can someone please explain this?

Hi Ryan,
the rule is that the modifications are applied in your next billing cycle.
However, in the past they already applied the days after the modification, you should contact the support and see with them if they can apply it right away.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-would-like-to-change-my-fizz-home-internet-plan-how-do-i-do-this
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.13 -
Please contact Fizz support to verify if they can speed things up.10

When you do a modification in your plan, this change is effective only the next billing cycle.9 -
Unfortunatly, the change is not immediate. You will have to wait next month to see it in effect.7
