I opened an account in order to use your internet, but I have never connected to your services and yet you charged my credit card. Can you please unsubscribe me and refund me the money you claimed on my card? With thanks, Thomas Ntilivamunda

You need to reach Fizz directly for that... Chat with Fizz is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
To chat without problem:

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

If I understand correctly, you open an account and ordered the internet service, in this case Fizz will charge you right away for the first month.
First of all, you need to cancel the appointment if you have it.
After the appointment is cancelled, usually Fizz will refund you after 10 days.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
It is normal to be charged right away. It is an advance payment for the first month. You won’t be charged again until the second billing cycle.4
