I keep loosing internet connection. I joined Fizz one week ago. I have tried to unplug the modem and followed all the instructions on the Fizz website but with no success. Can you please advise? I work from home and it is severely affecting my work! Thank you

first of all can you check the light in your modem, when this happen
If one of the 2 arrow is flashing or is off this means that you have problem with your coaxial cable.
If this is the case you can only contact the support in order to check your connection, since it is an hardware problem (modem or the coaxial cable)
