My connexion keeps crashing and I don't know why?

Hello, I've been with fizz for 6 months without ever having problems with my connexion. Earlier this evening my connexion started to become really unstable. It moves from a normal 30 mbs for a couple of minutes then go down to 0,5 - 0 mbs for a couple minutes, it's been doing this for a couple hours already. After 1 hour of this I tried reseting my modem and it wouldn't come back on so I used the chat to get help and they brough it back but now it's back to what it was before (being unstable). Anyone has any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? Maybe it's a local problem and it will go away tomorow but maybe not.

You need to contact and notify Fizz support again. Their chat will be closing for today at 9pm est.
Btw are any of the lights on your modem red? If yes, you should let Fizz support know or if there are any other irregularities.7 -
Did you already try to check the speed with a computer with an Ethernet cable or the Fizz’s app ?

I'm plugged directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable and none of the lights are red. I will notify fizz with the chat again.6
