Cannot erase old credit card

You have to add your new card details first before you can delete the old one.

If you have more than one service you will need to make the new card the default payment Option for both service before you can delete the card.

First, you need to associate the new payment method to all of your Fizz Plan.
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Payment method
Click on Manage/payment method and associate your new card to your plan.
Click on : Save
(Do this procedure for all of your Fizz plans).
After, Click on: My profile
Click on: Payment method
Delete the old credit card.
