Can I get the modem delivered by Canada post?

Can I get the modem delivered? Videotron told me they could do it in 2 business days and I can then install it myself. I’d like to do the same with Fizz since the next available appointment is only in 3 weeks.

No Benjamin the technician will come with the modem and install it for you. That’s how it goes with Fizz. You can check every day to see if there is a cancellation and then you will have an earlier appointment. Good luck there is a lot of people who wants Fizz.

That would be a good idea! Especially since you can install it yourself if you have a cable connection already.
You may be able to get an earlier appoint if you log in and reschedule, new appointment open up so check daily.

At least if there is a problem the technician can fix the connection. September is a busy month as well with returning students, and the backlog from moving day.
