What is the minimum quantity of data I can send?

The minimum is 500 increment by steps of 500M till 20G
You should use the phone number, since if it has multiple plans with the email the data goes to the default one

Here is a step by step:
1-Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2-Scroll to the plan that you want to gift from.
3-Click Gift.
4-On the next screen, choose Start gifting.
5-Choose a contact or search for a new Fizz member who you want to gift to.
6-Select the amount of data you wish to gift and click Next.
