To answer your question, no. There is no priority or bonus for any types of data. You use what you use.

The last I heard offering unlimited music streaming or any type of data 'favoritism' was against net neutrality as claimed by the CRTC and other members. Videotron used to offer this and was forced to remove it. What I do see is that other carriers offer 3 months of Spotify Premium subscription or something similar when you sign up or 5 hours of unlimited data a month.
This isn't the same as getting unlimited data for that service.7 -
