Fizz will be available only if Videotron is.
Therefore, you need to follow videotron, Fizz does not have control over this.

My guess is that Fizz's converage will get better over the years, as the company grows. But my understanding of their strategy is that they are focusing on cities and urban clients. This might evolve in the future, but that's something to consider if you live in the country.
