Wifi connexion not as good as before
Before covid my connection was perfect. But then i mooved for a while and came back home. Now the connection is so poor that it cant even rech my Room. I did all the step fizz ask you to Do to See wath is the proble of myy modem and nothing as changed. My gest wifi donc work ans i did a speed connexion test and it game me 13mp when I pays for 60mp! I have lots of device that need wifi un my Room and i would like m'y wifi to go back to normal cause it was Working perfectly before. On top of that i cant find the chat buble to have help

It can be a conflit with a neighbour wifi
Did you try to modify the channel?
Did you try the speed with a computer connected with the network cable or with Fizz app?2 -
You should try to reboot your modem3

Did you disable the band-steering and the ATF on your modem?, It can helps.
Have you tested your internet connexion with an ethernet câble?
Also, buy a good router can resolve your problem.
