My neighbor's address shows that he can get FIZZ, but my address shows not available. is there a fix

Is there a way to see if it is an error? I know FIZZ uses Videotron network and it is available all over my area and has been for many years. Is there a fix?

    It can be that you adresse is residential
    But contact the support

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
  • You can try chatting with customer service and see if they can add you to the system.

  • Is there maybe someone else at your address with fizz already? There might be a problem then
  • That’s weird! Try contacting support they might know the answer
  • I would suggest contacting Fizz customer support because this seems like a specific problem. You can reach them on Facebook messenger as well as any of the ways mentioned above.
