Can I earn points without having an active plan?

Are the points added up and can I level up if I haven't activate a mobile or an internet plan?

Yes you can, remember the bonus are valid 24 months from the day that you receive them7

You have a jump start on earning points, but Mike has a good point any rewards your earn will only be valid for 24 months.6
