Why is my data not working on my iPhone? I've tried ever step on the solution hub. URGENT

My data isn't working, since about a week. I absolutely need it today, I have 1.55GB left in my account and I have done every step suggested on the solution hub and it hasn't fixed my problem. This is urgent!
