Where can I find my bill that is stating my name?

The bills that I found in my profile under payment history does not state my name, just my address. I need a bill that states my name for my employer.

You can print your service agreement and link with the transaction and link both with the account number
Since you can only have the transaction history

Hi Gentlemarc, Fizz don’t send invoices with name. But you give the agreement along with the receipts to your employer. You can find your receipts by going to your Plans and click on history

It’s only with the account number that it works, otherwise the name won’t be shown

The receipt of your monthly plan doesnt figure your name and your adress (only your member number).
Please, join to your employer, a copy of your Services agreement (your name and adress figures on it).
