Why cant i access home internet from phone?
I've just installed home internet and it works fine on my laptop but when I click on it on my android, it doesn't even give me the option to enter my password. I click on it and nothing happens. I tried resetting the router and i cant try to deactivate band steering because it requires me to access the network which i cant. Some help would be highly appreciated

If the wifi is working fine on your laptop, there should be no need to change your modem settings.
Go on your phone's wifi settings. Enable wifi. Do you see the SSID of your Fizz modem?
It is possible you already entered an incorrect password. Try long press down on the SSID to allow you to modify/edit the network settings so you can enter the correct password. Be careful of characters such as "l", "1", "O', "0".5

You can go into your phone wifi setting, long press on the name of your wifi new network then chose forget network and re-enter your network key.
If Internet is working on your laptop, you can access your modem`s setting page and deactivate band steering if you need to.
