my internet plan been frozen since yesterday saying i have to update my method of payment but its my valid card on the plan

Please logon your account to check your plan status and your payment method.
If your card recently expired or you changed your address, you will need to update the info on your account. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
You will have to update the card on your profile. Then make sure to associate the updated info to your plan. Check your plan. If the system allows you, make a manual payment. Once Fizz has received payment, service will be restored within 2 hours. Be sure to restart your modem.9

no the expiration date is in 2024. everything is in order i dont think the problem is from our side. the card is correctly associated to the plan.8

Yes Nassim but if the payment didn’t go through you need to change and re-enter your credit card.

If you know your card is valid, try making a payment on your plan.
If you cannot make a payment, try contacting your card institution to inquire about the status of your card and to see if they can see any reason why the transaction is not going through.
If the problem continues, please contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Open the Fizz FAQ help link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
