Hi Sergiy

The highest data upgrade is 1 GB which is normally awarded when you reach level 8.
After that, there are two upgrades of 500 MB each (awarded at levels 2 and 6).

Since you can have maximum of 3 unlocked/usable slots per plan, the maximum free data upgrade would be 2 GB every month.

I haven't heard of anything higher than 1gb, but maybe it's not open yet?
