Why my internet is disconnect?

Sorry you are having internet issues.
Please try unplugging your modem from the electrical outlet for at least 1 minute. Also unplug the coaxial cable from the coaxial outlet and the modem
respectively, then plug it back in the outlet first and then in the modem, then try restarting the modem.
Check the led status lights on the modem. If one of the 2 arrows is off or flashing this means that you have a problem with the signal, the coaxial cable can
be a problem in your sector. For this kind of problem, you must contact Fizz support.
If there is no improvement, you can also try a factory reset of the modem by using a sharp object to press and hold on the small button found behind the
modem for 10+ seconds, then let the modem reboot itself and test the connection.
Be aware that you may need to redo the modem configuration.

Have you tried to reset your modem?
First, be sure that your modem is well connected to the coaxial câble.
Presse in 35,40 seconds with a needle the reset button back in the center of your modem.
Released it after and wait 3,4 minutes to see all the lights of the modem coming back.
If your computer is directly connected to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
Types twice the factory password (back of the modem.
Your internet connexion is supposed to be 100%, fonctionnal.
Then, reconnect all your devices with this password to your wi-fi network.
I hope it will resolve your problem about your internet connexion.

When this happens, rarely, unplugging and waiting for a couple minutes before pugging it back in usually fixes the issue. Hope this helps

Still no response from the author. Maybe it’s solved?
I woke up today with no internet too. Turned out that my modem passed away peacefully in the middle of the night. Contacted fizz via the chat bubble, they scheduled a technician for today and he came in the afternoon with a new modem. I’m all good now and impressed by he service!
