Prioritizing wireless devices?

How can we give priority to certain wireless devices so they get a guaranteed amount of bandwidth? Too often, during conference calls, our speed drops to 0 Mbps and it VERY annoying.

I don’t think that’s it’s technically possible to give priority to one device over another. Correct me if I’m wrong?
