I accidentally changed my appointment when inputting my number. Fizz' Customer Service can't revert

I accidentally changed the appointment slot for another day when I was entering my phone number. I contacted CS and they are of no help.
Is this how it is always going to be? I am quite frustrated with their customer service already.

    Mafuza you did the mistake;( they can help but not change others appointments because you did a mistake;(
  • It’s already somebody else’s appointment. Sorry; not possible to change it!
