You will need to chat with customer service, open 8AM to 9PM. Here is a link to faq with this problem listed. Click it and scroll down to the bottom. A chat bubble will appear on the bottom right.

You cannot so that yourself unfortunately. Fizz support via chat can help you

Yes I know that it seems strange but unfortunately you cannot change it yourself! As others said - Facebook support will help you out!

To be able to change your email adress into your Fizz account;
You need to contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Then, click on:
