Overdue payment and frozen internet?

My payment was late for one day. Last time when I did my payment I revived an email at the same time which the payment has past. But this time I updated the method of payment but I didn’t receive any email and when I check my account on fizz is still saying my account is frozen because of late payment. What should I do?
