2GB used out of 34 and I can't use any data on my phone anymore

Hello I just recieved a notification saying I used 2GB for this month and now I can't use my data even though my own plan says "32.43 Gigs of data left"

Try to reboot your phone, if this does not solve the problem, you need to contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

Who issued this notification to you? Was it a text from Fizz or a notification from your phone settings?
Is it possible your phone settings are set to stop mobile data after 2 gb have been used?
If this is the case, you should be able to go to your phone mobile data settings and make any necessary adjustment. Which phone model do you have?5 -

Weird, try to restart your phone. And put on airplane mode and then turn it off2
