2GB used out of 34 and I can't use any data on my phone anymore

Hello I just recieved a notification saying I used 2GB for this month and now I can't use my data even though my own plan says "32.43 Gigs of data left"

    First, log to your Fizz account.

    Weird, try to restart your phone. And put on airplane mode and then turn it off
