How is the "best answer" picked ?

It's the second time that the "best answer" is picked without me choosing it on a post I made. Is there a time limit before you can choose Yourself? Who picks it otherwise? Is it just randomly picked ?

A Whizz can pick the best answer. When did you post your questions?

Usually the Whizz close the post after couple of days
Sometime the user click on the wrong button too, the reply button is on their first post « Reply » , all the others are to select the best answer

There is no official time limit. Only yourself (original poster) or Whizz (Fizz employee) can choose the best answer. Typically Whizz will choose the best answer within 3 days if it looks like your question has been answered.

Just this morning so that's why I was surprised. But yeah it was the best answer I guess as it covered everything! All good, but I was wondering thank you.

Sometimes it's just random, and sometimes people just don't like some users, so they don't pick them!
