How strong is Fizz's signal in two storey houses?

Usually not really, you need to have your own wifi router to have a stronger signal5

Hi Manal
Ideally to get the best signal, the modem should be installed on the first floor, near the middle of the house.
Optionally you can use your own wifi router or wifi extender as needed.
BTW if you're a new Fizz customer, you can get free $25 credit when you signup (which will be granted/applied towards your 3rd bill). There is a list of referral codes here

The Fizz modem/router can be sufficient for a single level. For multiple levels, I would recommend buying a wifi booster/repeater.
That’s what I am using in my home. Works quite well4 -
I would recommend a repeater. If you have an old router you can usually use them as a repeater. You'll just have to do research if you don't know how to but it's pretty simple in most cases.2

Fizz modem-router works fine for me without any extender. I put it in the middle of the first floor, and the signal is good on the second floor as well.1

Big houses always require several modems to be effective. Fizz is no exception1

My old router was strong enough for 2 story but Fizz provided Wifi router is not strong enough. I would recomend you to use a seperate router with stronger signal strength0
