Did you check on the transaction history ?
To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
3- Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
I’m sure there cannot be any extra fees. They just don’t exist in fizz. Double-check your plan!3

It could be add-ons like extra data that you would have purchased.
