Cancel Fizz mobile, but keep internet?

If I cancel a Fizz mobile account, but keep internet, will I lose reward points ?
Is there an amount of time that needs to pass to lock in the points ?

I don’t think that you will lose any points. They are awarded to your account, not to your mobile/internet

You do not loose points that are earned and level you reached will still be the same

The only points that you will lose are 10 points for every $ billed to your internet service.

We accumulate points, but they are never "locked" in. Fizz can reserve the right to make adjustments if ever needed. However once you reach a level, you are pretty safe at that level.

My internet is 50$ a month and mobile 32$ a month.
If I cancel mobile, I will lose how many points ?
500 or 320 according to your 10 point theory ?

Yes it is 10 points for every dollar.
So if you cancel a $50 plan, you will no longer receive 500 points every month. You will still keep the points you already earned, but your future points accumulation will slow down.
