The same number with another client ?

I actived my sim card and took number and after when I received call someone else answer me !!!!! But if I called anyone no problem... the same number with 2 customers

Let me know if I understood correctly.
1. You activated a new plan with a new number from Fizz.
2. When you call your number from another phone, someone else picks up.
And when you text to your number from another phone, the text does not arrive at your phone and someone else may reply to you.
If this is the case, you have encountered a rare glitch which can happen with any telecom.
To fix the situation, you can change your phone number online.
Logon you account. Go to "My plans" >> "Manage plan" > "Change this phone number"
If this does not work, then you will have to contact Fizz customer service.10
