Upgrade pending removal and adding new ones ?
Hi !
I have recently levelled up and have a new upgrade for my internet service. I tried to swap the 1$ with the new one and i did not work so I asked to remove it. It's been pending removal for a week now. Will it be pending until the next cycle starts meaning I won't have an upgrade set for the next billing ? Do I have to follow up with fizz ?

When you make any changes to your upgrades, it will remain pending until your next renewal.
You can try to undo the pending removal. Click, right-click or drag on the upgrade that is pending removal to see what options are allowed. Note you won't be able to make any changes if you are within 48 hours of your renewal date.
For future reference, the best method is to swap upgrades. It will avoid the delay of waiting for an upgrade to be removed and then another upgrade to be added in.

You can also follow-up with Fizz support. However to my knowledge, they cannot undo any changes you've already made to your upgrades.7 -
Yes, you will need to wait until the next billing cycle and you will need to wait until the next cycle to apply the new upgrade. I am not sure why the swap didn’t work for you, although I had the same problem the first time I tried to swap. It worked this time. Yes, it will be pending until next billing, then you will be able to add the other upgrade for the following. You could contact Fizz support by live chat to see if they can help you, knowing the swap did not work.5 -
