After 3 months out of Québec, do I keep my Fizz perks and levels?
Parallel to another question I had concerning travelling for long periods outside of Québec, I was wondering what actually happens with my account, perks, benefits, etc. Once the 3 months external coverage is up, do I need to pay a minimum fee to maintain my account, is it going to charge me my whole plan even if I can't use it? Do I have to change my plan before it happens?
Also, will I keep my current level and perks slots I have unlocked?
Thanks!

Depends if you what/can use the phone outside Quebec?
If you stay in Canada or USA in order to use the phone after 3 months you need to buy some addons in order to keep it working
If you travel outside Canada or USA or you do not want to use the phone, you need to reduce your plan at minimum in order to keep everything. Remember every time you modify your plan you will end up paying the actual price.
If you unsubscribe you will lose the bonus and level

For the community level it will be more than enough to log once a month a give at least a kuodos12 -
Does the same thing as Mike describes happens if you actually keep your number and pay for it monthly (but don’t use)?13

You should ask Fizz support to confirm.8

I think you can bring you account to the minimum $10+fees/taxes and not use it. You should maintain some upgrades and perks, but some require youth have data so you might lose those upgrades. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program9

As long your account is active with a monthly plan, you will not loose anything. The minimum plan is 10$ and includes just your phone number.8

Simlal,
If you exceed 3 months outside the province of Quebec,
And you want to keep your actual phone number,
you choose to take only the minimum plan (coverage of Quebec) without services, It will cost you monthly 10.46$ + tx.
Also, try to give kudos once a month if you want to stay active into the community hub.8 -
Keep in mind that if you modify your plan to minimum, you'll lose your current price when you modify it back in 3 months. So I would recommend to stick to your plan if your current price is worth it (for example if you subscribed before April 12, 2019).
If you unsubscribe, you'll lose your number.4
