Unable to add upgrades?

After I activated my sim and the phone began to work normally, I received a "Finish activating your plan" notification. While this doesn't prevent me from using my phone, it prevents me from using an upgrade on my account, where a "pending activation" message is shown on top of the active upgrade card (shown in the attached image). Please help!

If you have already activated your plan, you can ignore the pending activation notification.

You have to wait until your next billing cycle as others pointed out.4

It means that your upgrade will be applied the next billing cycle of your plan.3
