    You can check it to the section : My Profile (and click on: Historic orders).
    If you log to your Fizz account.
    Your sim card seems has been stolen.
    Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00).
    First, log to your Fizz account.

    Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.
