Will the technician call me when he is arrived for the installation of the modem? How do I know he is there? (I’m living in a Condo so I need to come open the door for the technician)

    Some call some don't. In my case the technician called to make sure i was home.

    In my case, the technician called like 15 minutes before arrival to make sure I was still available. Reading from previous posts, sometimes the technician won't come if you don't answer his call.
