Referal bonus missing?

Hi I never got my referral bonus was supposed to be 35 and it never went through, it’s been 2 payment cycles since... Would like to get this resolved please

Did you received the email to confirm the use of the referral code?
Did you check in the list?
Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
Select Referral Bonuses.
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

It should appear on your 3rd bill as stated previously.

Like others have said, it applies to your third payment. I am getting the 35$ like you and they sent an email to even confirm it:

"Not long ago, 'your friend' invited you to join Fizz, you liked what you saw, and now you’re a member too
Now that your second payment has been made, you’ve earned a $35 referral bonus¹. It’ll be applied on your next monthly payment."
My buddy got an email too, if you haven't received anything and by the third payment you haven't seen it, contact fizz support directly.5 -
Hi ! I had to same issue and it has been solved by contacting Fizz support directly. You can contact them using Messenger or the Live Chat from your account.1
