My modem just isn’t connected to the internet, I’ve tried manually unplugged it and restarted via the Fizz app and still no internet

If your problem persis after having followed the guide, you can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
2- Open any of the Fizz FAQ help links above
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
Hi Michael
Check the led status, specifically the two arrows if they are blinking you have a problem with the cable. If you're not sure, you can post a picture of your modem lights in the forum.
If the led statuses are fine, you can try turning off the modem for 5 minutes. You can also do a factory reset if the problem persists. Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.

@Fizzy Here’s a picture of my modem lights (the downstream indicator is the only one blinking)8

@Alexander I unplugged it then plugged it back in 2 times and it’s still the same8

Michael, the led status confirms that Fizz modem is not connecting to internet.
Make sure the coaxial cable coming into your home is well plugged into the Fizz modem.
If problem persists, you should contact Fizz support by chat.9 -

Does your modem is well connected to your coaxial câble?
Have you tried a reset of your modem?
Press in with a pin 35,40 seconds the reset button located back in the center of your modem.
Released it after and wait 3,4 minutes to see coming back all the lights of your modem.
If your computer is connected to the modem with an ethernet câble you will see on the screen:
Easy connect.
Types twice the factory password( indicated back of your modem.
Your internet connexion is supposed to work very well.
Just, reconnect all your devices to your wi-fi network.5 -
