I have a fizz account with 3 different plans. If I cancel one number, will it affect the others?

    No, you can cancel one number without problem
    Keep the Sim you can reused it

    it shouldn't. Each number is linked to a specific plan, it doesn't affect the others.

    Yes you can without problem.
    It wont affect your others plans.
    You can keep this sim card and maybe in the future, reused it or give it to someone you know.
