Do you have a specific error?
You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card (including prepaid), or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit/debit cards are also not accepted. You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.
The most common problem is the adress, please insert in the same way as shown on your credit card statement

You can chat with fizz support for any problem you have. They’re usually very helpful.
Make sure that you didn't ads the wrong information like the number,expiration date and cvc. That is one of the most common errors
Contact your bank, should be a technical issue of their side
If you have a mastercard or visam, you can also try making sure that the address on your credit card is up to date and matches what you input during checkout. Sometimes the payment system can't display contextual error messages and may just error out without any real information.
