You may want to set up a second account to get a referral bonus $25 for you and $25 for you new account. You can have the same credit card on two separate accounts. They will be billed separately. You can add that account to yours to manage the account -

First, order for your new mobile plan a new Fizz sim card or buy it at Depanneur Couche-Tard if you are living in the area of Mtl.

I agree with Matthew. I have one account for me and one account for me, both charged to same credit card. This way, we both got our referral credits!5

Follow either section in the following link:

If selecting the first option, then just use the same credit card that you previously used. If you want the billing to be on the same date then make sure that when you activate your new sim card, it's done on the same date as your existing fizz lines billing cycle.
Also remember if you go with option 1, you can use your referral link and get 25$ for each party.4
