Why does maintenance grid takes so long... I have no internet signal since 12... It's 22:27 now..?

One of your o line guys answered when I fell asleep to tell me that my modem was offline and there was a .maintenance grid in my area.... 5 hours later and online chat off cuz it's past 21:00... STILL NO INTERNET SIGNAL AND I PAID FOR IT

Wow! Hopefully you will get a better signal when they are done! I think service needs to be out for 48 hours to get a credit
“ You are entitled to a credit if a service is interrupted and unusable for at least 48 consecutive hours. You will have to request a refund in writing within 15 days of the end of the interruption. You are not entitled to any other compensation.
The amount of the credit will be prorated based on the duration of the interruption, ”9 -

Djmastafinga, make sure your coaxial cable is well connected to the modem. I hope your internet is back now.
For future reference, if the system maintenance is being done by Videotron, contacting them directly may give a better estimate of the completion time.2
