Hello, Fizz
Me and my husband have the same residence adress. When he try to activate his sim-card, everything is fine. But when i'm try to register my sim card to my credit card with the same with the same residential address as the husband, i'm receive message "This payment method was declined". But the adress exactly the same. What i need to do to finally register my sim card?

Your name as well as your address has to match exactly.
You may also want to confirm with your card company that your card is valid.
If problem continues, can you try with another credit card?

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Open one of the Fizz FAQ help links e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
That is strange. Is this a shared card? If so, the address is likely the same. If not, maybe your address is entered differently with the credit card - you can check you bill from the credit card to see if there is a difference. Or try a different card? Good luck!6

Tetiana did you try to open 2 different accounts with fizz with a same credit card? I think it’s impossible. You need to have 2 different cards to open 2 different accounts. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use6

Maybe because the same card is used with a minimum delay for the same operation? Check with your bank first, I would say6

Did you open 2 differents Fizz accounts with the same credit card?
It's not possible. Each account must have his own credit card.
Also, Please, check the adress for your own account if you have the same adress than the adress
of your credit card.
You can ask for more help.
Try to contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on:
