My voicemail only takes two messages

I am supposed to have 10 voicemail message capacity. After two voicemails, mycallers get a message saying that the voicemail is full. I have to constantly delete. I should be able to get more messages

Yes 10 messages are the number. Is it because they are too long? You need to delete the old messages You may want to delete some messages to make room for new ones.

Hi Dina,

According to Fizz, voicemail has a 15-message maximum capacity.

You may need to delete some saved messages or need to delete some older messages. Otherwise these messages will be kept automatically for 30 days.

"Once a message has been heard, press 7 to delete it. If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it, press 3-3 to go to the end, and then 7 to delete it."

@Fizzy I don’t know if it has changed recently or not but it’s 10 messages.

Normally, the voicemail is for 10 messages.
How long are your 2 only messages (5 minutes, each)?

Never had problems with voicemail anyway. Double check it on your aide
