There is a cable that was broken in the light pole next to my street and it affects anyone that has Fizz or Videotron since noon today, it has been 5 hours! How to ask a technician to repair that? Thanks!

You need to chat with the support
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If your Fizz home internet isn't working, then you should definitely chat with Fizz customer support and inform them of your observations.
Otherwise, someone who is a Fizz or Videotron customer should be contacting customer service to confirm and report any service outage.12 -
