Manage my plan not available?

Hi everyone,
As I am 2 days before the payment of my plan and that I already made a change for the plan of my next month (starting on the 15), Manage my plan option is not available anymore on my account.
Did some of you had the same issue before? Is there a maximum of 1 change / period?
I received an email about the new plan and the link to modify my plan is not working.
Plz help!

Hi Simon,
Any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

I think it has to be AT LEAST 2 days before, not just 2 days before...5
