How can I find out if my old phone number is still available to be reactivated before going through the process.

    Connect to your account and you should be able to see.

    You can also try to call your number

    Fizz guarantee 60 days to maintain the number

    How long do yo have close your number? After 60 days with Fizz you will not be able to have it again.:(
