Can you guys cancel the videotron lines, i already transfered my # numbers?

                    Transferred my 2 videotron mobile lines to Fizz to keep both phone numbers. That was 6 days ago, suprise surprise, you guys never cancelled my phone lines with videotron. Called videotron, they tell me i have to contact you. Right now, I'm paying for 4 mobile lines for 2 phones...

 If you did the transfer they should cancel automatically
 You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
 1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
 2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz
 3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5

            i called videotron, they told me to call fizzz and they can do nothing about it. Right now, I'm paying for 4 lines for 3 phones and nobody seems to be able to help. In the mean time, videotron (fizz'S parent company) is making money cause i have 4 phone lines, tied to 2 phone numbers. I followed every step in the guide when i did the transfer, videotron's customer support confirmed the 2 lines are still active with them and told me Fizz needs to contact them. Kafka in a nutshell.5

            im logged in and there is still ZERO chat bubble... whatever page i go, community, faq, my profile, no green chat bubble anywhere...3

            If your numbers were successfully transferred to Fizz, it means that the issue is on Videotron's side. I would contact them again.
 If you still want to chat with Fizz - there is also an option of Facebook messenger or twitter.3

            If the number is transferred from Videotron to Fizz, the account should be closed at Videotron4

            I had the same issue. I will advice you to send to Fizz a written letter and ask to confirm the transfer. When you have Fizz confirmation, you can call Videotron ans ask them to cancel your number.3

            If you transfered your phone number via Fizz it's should have closed your videotron line when the # got transfered. Sure you can contact Fizz support but I'm pretty sure they will tell you to contact back videotron.1

            Cancel lines? Fizz just transfers lines, not cancelling them (surprise-surprise!)1
