Try to fix another appointment ( a cancellation) every day when you are connected to your Fizz account.
Maybe, you will get a sooner appointment for your internet installation.

Of course, I have recently moved and set the Fizz internet moving service. Once the technical worker came by, I got the fast FIZZ back immediately!
Just go to your Fizz account page to choose the moving service.
Of course, you need to verify the Fizz internet service availability in your new address.
