I was charged for the month of august but I still havent installed the internet yet. The appointment is only scheduled on august 31st, ..... so im paying for something I cant use ?????

The service is a prepaid one
Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card at the time of your subscription. Your monthly payment cycle, however, will begin with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. This means that your next monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card every month, 24 hours before the date you receive your Wi-Fi Fizz modem.

Fizz has charged you the first monthly charge but
your billing cycle will start the day of your installation by the technician.
The next billing date will be charged 24 hours before the end of your cycle by credit card.5 -

Your chosen plan fee is charged upon signing up. This amount covers your first month of service which starts the day your modem is activated. So when you finish installation, your first month begins, and is pad for.
