I have two rebate for internet
2$ and a 1$
I tried everything to apply them to my account but they are still there and nothing is happening. I tried applying them before subscribing, after... still nothing.
I need help please ( not easy when I can’t talk to anyone)

The bonus must applied after the activation
I believe that you only have one active slot, therefore, you can apply only one of them.
Do you also have a mobile plan?

1- Log into your account, and go to Overview.
2- In the left column, click on the summary that shows your My Rewards level. You can also scroll down below your usage summary to My Rewards and click on See details.
3- Open the tab in the lower right-hand corner.
4- Select the upgrade and click on Apply.
5- At that moment, you’ll see the white boxes below your plan start to move. Those are the slots where your upgrade can be applied.
The slots with a + sign are ready to welcome your upgrade.
If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.
Some slots are locked and cannot welcome an upgrade yet. You’ll unlock these slots when you reach higher My Rewards levels
6- Select the slot by clicking on it.
7- Your upgrade will be activated on your plan at the start of your next payment cycle.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
I also found this difficult as well. Click on the blue box “my rewards”. Wait patiently while it loads....then click the darker blue box at the bottom “my upgrades”. Click the one upgrade you want to apply and a window will pop up Then click apply. You will need to have an open spot to add an upgrade. The rebates are for Fizz internet subscribers only, so hopefully you have internet service with Fizz.5

Once your plan will be active, there will be a "Bonus Slot" where you can apply the rebates.
Everyone starts with Slot 1 unlocked. The other 2 slots only get unlocked when you have more points and level up.5 -

If you are on level 1 or 2, you have only one slot into your account to activate your reward.
You can chat for help with Fizz's team from 8h00 to 21h00 each day

You should be able to add them after service activation. If you can't, contact fizz support3
