I would like you send a technician to solve a problem with my internet service. The internet is very unstable, the speed is frequently reduced or cut off which makes my communications through this means absolutely frustrating. We already tried everything. The problem begins about three months ago.

Have you ever reseted your modem?
With a needle, press in 35, 40 secondes the reset button located back into the center of your modem and releaded it after.
Wait 3,4 minutes to see all the light of your modem coming back.
If your computer is connected directly to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
Easy connect.
Types twice the factory password indicated back of the modem.
Your internet connexion is supposed to be fonctional at 100%.
All you need is to reconnect all your devices to your wi-fi network.
I hope it will solve the stability of your connexion.
