In your question you state "phone and internet service". I assume you mean phone plan (with or without internet) and also Residential Internet service?

If that is the case, your residential internet would continue to be billed (as service would continue).

For the phone service, Mike explained Fizz' policy on long term use outside Fizz'network.9 -

You need to respect this rule:
Do not exceed more than 3 months , the usage (more than 50%) of the Fizz-partners network.
Maybe, buy some add-ons during this period...
